Monthly Collateral Report definition

Monthly Collateral Report means a report, in form and substance substantially similar to Exhibit I-2 hereto and reasonably acceptable to the Agent, which shall include, among other things, the following additional information:
Monthly Collateral Report means, for any period, the report delivered pursuant to Section 5.1(i)(A), substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1, which shall include without limitation the Aggregate Valuation Amount, all Principal Collateral Payments and Loan Party Investments made, and proceeds of Recovery Events received, during such period.
Monthly Collateral Report means a Collateral Value Report together with the related Collateral Value Certificate.

Examples of Monthly Collateral Report in a sentence

  • In addition to the foregoing, the Borrower, shall deliver copies of invoices, purchase orders, credit memoranda, shipping and delivery documents and other information related to Eligible Receivables and Eligible Petroleum Inventory identified in the applicable Monthly Collateral Report as Agent shall reasonably request.

  • The information furnished by the Borrower in each Monthly Collateral Report and Interim Collateral Report is, to the best of the Borrower’s knowledge, accurate in all material respects.

  • Each Interim Collateral Report and Monthly Collateral Report shall (i) set forth the ratings of both S&P and Xxxxx’x in effect on the date of such report in respect of the Borrower’s senior long-term secured indebtedness (without giving effect to any credit enhancement) and (ii) indicate whether either of such ratings have changed since the most recently delivered Interim Collateral Report or Monthly Collateral Report, as applicable, prior to such date.

  • In addition to the foregoing, the Borrower, upon the Agent's reasonable request, shall deliver copies of invoices, purchase orders, credit memoranda, shipping and delivery documents and other information related to Eligible Receivables and Eligible Petroleum Inventory identified in the applicable Monthly Collateral Report.

  • The information furnished by the Borrower in each Monthly Collateral Report and Interim Collateral Report is, to the best of the Borrower's knowledge, accurate in all material respects.

  • The Monthly Collateral Report shall be completed with all information specified in Schedule E for the related period, together with such additional information as shall be reasonably requested by the Designated Representative or the Holders at least five (5) Business Days prior to the date of required delivery of the Monthly Collateral Report.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Net Account Receivables" means the amount shown on line 10 of the most recent Monthly Collateral Report delivered to the Bank, plus all estimated net billings shown on the then current Collateral Rxxxxxxxxation Report and minus all collections that are deposited in the "Cash Collateral Account" (as defined in Section 9.1(b)(ix) hereof).

  • Each Interim Collateral Report and Monthly Collateral Report shall (i) set forth the ratings of both S&P and Mxxxx’x in effect on the date of such report in respect of the Borrower’s senior long-term secured indebtedness (without giving effect to any credit enhancement) and (ii) indicate whether either of such ratings have changed since the most recently delivered Interim Collateral Report or Monthly Collateral Report, as applicable, prior to such date.

  • Within twenty-five (25) days after the end of each month during the term of this Agreement, the Company shall complete and deliver to the Bank a Monthly Collateral Report in the form attached hereto as Exhibit IV.


More Definitions of Monthly Collateral Report

Monthly Collateral Report means the report in the form of Exhibit J. "Monthly Reimbursement Rate" means, as of any date, the arithmetic average of the fractions (expressed as percentages), determined of the three (3) most recently concluded calendar months, obtained by dividing for each month (a) the aggregate Advance Reimbursement Amounts collected by the Servicers during such period by (b) the aggregate Receivable Balances of all Eligible Receivables, as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding calendar month.
Monthly Collateral Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.7(e).
Monthly Collateral Report is defined in Section 6.1(x).
Monthly Collateral Report shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 3.1.
Monthly Collateral Report means a monthly report provided by Borrower to Lender due at the first day of the month containing the following information: (1) Borrower’s participation interest in a Pledged Mortgage; and (2) the outstanding balance of the Pledged Mortgage pertaining to Borrower’s participation interest.

Related to Monthly Collateral Report

  • Collateral Report means any certificate (including any Borrowing Base Certificate), report or other document delivered by any Grantor to the Administrative Agent or any Lender with respect to the Collateral pursuant to any Loan Document.

  • Collateral Reports means the reports with respect to the Collateral referred to in Annex F.

  • CREFC® Collateral Summary File The data file in the “CREFC® Collateral Summary File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Collateral Summary File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report The monthly report in the “CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Collateral Pool means, at any time, each Portfolio Investment that has been Delivered (as defined in the Guarantee and Security Agreement) to the Collateral Agent and is subject to the Lien of the Guarantee and Security Agreement, and then only for so long as such Portfolio Investment continues to be Delivered as contemplated therein and in which the Collateral Agent has a first-priority perfected Lien as security for the Secured Obligations (subject to any Lien permitted by Section 6.02 hereof with respect to such Portfolio Investment), provided that in the case of any Portfolio Investment in which the Collateral Agent has a first-priority perfected (subject to Permitted Liens under clause (g) of the definition thereof) security interest pursuant to a valid Uniform Commercial Code filing, such Portfolio Investment may be included in the Collateral Pool so long as all remaining actions to complete “Delivery” are satisfied in full within the longest period of (i) seven (7) days of such inclusion and (ii) as the Collateral Agent may agree in its reasonable discretion.

  • Monthly Servicing Report shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • CREFC® Total Loan Report The report in the “Total Loan Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Required Collateral Fund Balance As of any date of determination, an amount equal to the aggregate of all amounts previously required to be deposited in the Collateral Fund pursuant to Section 2.02(d) (after adjustment for all withdrawals and deposits pursuant to Section 2.02(e)) and Section 2.03(b) (after adjustment for all withdrawals and deposits pursuant to Section 2.03(c)) and Section 3.02 to be reduced by all withdrawals therefrom pursuant to Section 2.02(g) and Section 2.03(d).

  • Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, signed and certified as accurate and complete by a Financial Officer of the Borrower Representative, in substantially the form of Exhibit C or another form which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Monthly Statement The statement delivered to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.06.

  • Total Loan Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.

  • Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;

  • CMSA Loan Periodic Update File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Collateral Information Certificate the Collateral Information Certificate to be executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.1, substantially in the form of Exhibit J.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Borrowing Base Report means a report in substantially the form of Exhibit E (or such other form approved by Administrative Agent) certified by a Responsible Officer of Borrower.
