Monthly Rate Period definition

Monthly Rate Period means any period during which Bonds bear interest at a Monthly Rate which period shall commence with the effective date of the Change in the Interest Rate Mode to a Monthly Rate and shall extend through the day immediately preceding the earlier of (a) the effective date of another Change in the Interest Rate Mode or (b) the Stated Maturity.
Monthly Rate Period means each period during which the Bonds bear interest at a Monthly Rate.
Monthly Rate Period means (1) the period beginning on a Conversion Date and ending on the day preceding the first Business Day of the month following such Conversion Date and (2) the period beginning on the first Business Day of a calendar month and ending on the day preceding the first Business Day of the following calendar month.

More Definitions of Monthly Rate Period

Monthly Rate Period means the period during which Monthly Rates are in effect for the Series A of 2020 Bonds.
