Mortgage Property Support Documents definition

Mortgage Property Support Documents means, for each Mortgaged Property, (i) the Title Policy pertaining thereto, (ii) such surveys, flood hazard certifications and environmental assessments thereof as the Agent may require prepared by recognized experts in their respective fields selected by the Borrower and reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, (iii) as to Mortgaged Properties located in a flood hazard area, such flood hazard insurance as the Agent may require, (iv) as to leasehold interests, such lessor estoppel, waiver and consent certificates, (v) with respect to facilities leased or subleased to third parties, such lessees' estoppel, waiver and consent certificates and subordination, nondisturbance and attornment agreements, (vi) such owner's or lessee's affidavits as the Agent may require, (vii) such opinions of local counsel with respect to the Mortgages or leasehold mortgages, as applicable, as the Agent may require, and (viii) such other documentation as the Agent may reasonably require, in each case as shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Agent.
Mortgage Property Support Documents means for each property encumbered by a Mortgage, (i) flood hazard certifications, and environmental assessments thereof as the Lender may require prepared by recognized experts in their respective fields selected by the Borrower and reasonably satisfactory to the Lender, (ii) as to any property encumbered by a Mortgage located in a flood hazard area, such flood hazard insurance as the Lender may require, (iii) with respect to facilities leased or subleased to third parties (other than each individual property), such lessees’ estoppel, waiver and consent certificates and subordination, nondisturbance and attornment agreements as the Lender may require, (iv) such owner’s affidavits as the Lender may require.
Mortgage Property Support Documents means, for the Mortgage Property, (i) the Title Policy pertaining thereto, (ii) such surveys, flood hazard certifications and environmental assessments thereof as the Administrative Agent may require prepared by recognized experts in their respective fields selected by the Borrower and reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, (iii) evidence that no portion of the Mortgage Property is located in a flood hazard area, (iv) evidence of insurance of the kind and type required by the Mortgage issued by an insurance company acceptable to the Administrative Agent, (v) such owner's or lessee's affidavits as the Administrative Agent may require, (vi) such opinions of local counsel with respect to the Mortgage, as the Administrative Agent may require, and (vii) such other documentation as the Administrative Agent may reasonably require, in each case as shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Related to Mortgage Property Support Documents

  • Mortgaged Property Support Documents means with respect to any real property subject to a Mortgage, the deliveries and documents described on Schedule 1.01(e) attached hereto.

  • Cooperative Loan Documents As to any Cooperative Loan, (i) the Cooperative Shares, together with a stock power in blank; (ii) the original executed Security Agreement and the assignment of the Security Agreement endorsed in blank; (iii) the original executed Proprietary Lease and the assignment of the Proprietary Lease endorsed in blank; (iv) the original executed Recognition Agreement and the assignment of the Recognition Agreement (or a blanket assignment of all Recognition Agreements) endorsed in blank; (v) the executed UCC-1 financing statement with evidence of recording thereon, which has been filed in all places required to perfect the security interest in the Cooperative Shares and the Proprietary Lease; and (vi) executed UCC-3 financing statements (or copies thereof) or other appropriate UCC financing statements required by state law, evidencing a complete and unbroken line from the mortgagee to the Trustee with evidence of recording thereon (or in a form suitable for recordation).

  • Purchased Asset Documents means, with respect to a Purchased Asset, the documents comprising the Purchased Asset File for such Purchased Asset.

  • Mortgage Documents With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the mortgage documents required to be delivered to the Custodian pursuant to each Custodial Agreement.

  • Project Document means any one of the foregoing;

  • Cooperative Lien Search A search for (a) federal tax liens, mechanics’ liens, lis pendens, judgments of record or otherwise against (i) the Cooperative Corporation and (ii) the seller of the Cooperative Unit, (b) filings of Financing Statements and (c) the deed of the Cooperative Project into the Cooperative Corporation.

  • Mortgage Supporting Documents means, with respect to a Mortgage for a parcel of Real Property, each the following:

  • Operative Agreements “Participation Agreement”, “Performing Equipment Note”, “Person”, “Pool Balance”, “Rating Agencies”, “Regular Distribution Date”, “Replacement Liquidity Facility”, “Responsible Officer”, “Scheduled Payment”, “Special Payment”, “Stated Interest Rate”, “Subordination Agent”, “Taxes”, “Threshold Rating”, “Transfer”, “Trust Agreement”, “Trustee”, “Underwriters”, and “Underwriting Agreement”.

  • Additional Mortgaged Property has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.9.

  • Material Project Documents means, collectively, the Power Purchase Agreement, the EPC Contract, the Transmission Facilities Construction Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Coal Supply Agreements, the Coal Transportation Agreement and all other instruments, agreements or other documents arising from or related to the Project, but shall not include any Financing Agreement.

  • College property means any property owned, leased, or controlled by a member college of the Virginia Community College System and the administrative office of the Virginia Community College System.

  • Cooperative Property The real property and improvements owned by the Cooperative Corporation, including the allocation of individual dwelling units to the holders of the Coop Shares of the Cooperative Corporation.

  • ARM Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan pursuant to which the interest rate shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the related Mortgage Note.

  • Mortgage Servicing Rights The rights and responsibilities of Seller with respect to servicing the Mortgage Loans under the Servicing Agreements, including any and all of the following if and to the extent provided therein: (a) all rights to service a Mortgage Loan; (b) all rights to receive servicing fees, Ancillary Income, reimbursements or indemnification for servicing the Mortgage Loan, and any payments received in respect of the foregoing and proceeds thereof; (c) the right to collect, hold and disburse escrow payments or other payments with respect to the Mortgage Loan and any amounts actually collected with respect thereto and to receive interest income on such amounts to the extent permitted by Applicable Law; (d) all accounts and other rights to payment related to any of the property described in this paragraph; (e) possession and use of any and all Credit Files pertaining to the Mortgage Loan or pertaining to the past, present or prospective servicing of the Mortgage Loan; (f) to the extent applicable, all rights and benefits relating to the direct solicitation of the related Mortgagors for refinance or modification of the Mortgage Loans and attendant right, title and interest in and to the list of such Mortgagors and data relating to their respective Mortgage Loans; and (g) all rights, powers and privileges incident to any of the foregoing.

  • Cooperative Lease With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the proprietary lease or occupancy agreement with respect to the Cooperative Apartment occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the related Cooperative Stock, which lease or agreement confers an exclusive right to the holder of such Cooperative Stock to occupy such apartment.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Closing Date Mortgaged Property as defined in Section 3.1(i).

  • Cooperative Loan Any Mortgage Loan secured by Cooperative Shares and a Proprietary Lease.

  • Residential mortgage loan means any loan primarily for

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.
