Mortgage Servicing Agreement. With respect to any Pledged Asset Loan subserviced by GMAC Mortgage Corporation, the Addendum and Assignment Agreement, dated as of November 24, 1998, between the Master Servicer and GMAC Mortgage Corporation, as such agreement may be amended from time to time.

Mortgage Servicing Agreement.
