Yard, Side means a yard extending from the front yard to the rear yard of a lot between a side lot line and the nearest wall of any building or structure on the lot.
Trunk-Side means the Central Office Switch connection that is capable of, and has been programmed to treat the circuit as connecting to another switching entity (for example another Central Office Switch). Trunk-Side connections offer those transmission and signaling features appropriate for the connection of switching entities and cannot be used for the direct connection of ordinary telephone station sets.
Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)
Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.
Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.
Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).
Pavement means any type of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel.
Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;
Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and
stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.
Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
Lot Line, Side means any lot line not a front or rear lot line.
Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;
Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.
Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.
Amenities “Amenities” are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.
Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
Driveway means a vehicle access route between the carriageway of a road and a use on a parcel;
Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;
Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
Amenity means roads, streets, open spaces, parks recreational grounds, play grounds, gardens, water supply, electric supply, street lighting, sewerage, drainage, public works and other utilities, services and conveniences.
Camping site means a space that is designed and promoted for
bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:
bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack, locker or bicycle stacker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:
Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.
Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.
