Multifamily residential development definition

Multifamily residential development means a dwelling, apartment, townhouse and similar structures containing two or more attached residential units. Multifamily shall not include cottage housing or accessory dwelling units.
Multifamily residential development means a residential development that is located in buildings that contain five (5) or more dwelling units, including, but not limited to, dwelling units that are located one over another, garden apartments, townhouse developments, multistory apartment or condominium buildings, and mixed-use developments containing a combination of non-residential and residential uses.
Multifamily residential development means and refer to the development and construction of one or more Multifamily Structures and/or Single Family Attached Structures. Multifamily Residential Development may, but need not, include Living Units subject to Interval Ownership.

Multifamily residential development means any building or structure, or group of buildings or structures, which contain two or more dwellings under common management or ownership.
