Municipal Specifications definition

Municipal Specifications means the engineering and design standards as indicated by the Municipality.
Municipal Specifications means the standards and specifications, as may be amended from time to time, established and documented by the Municipality, which may include the degree and nature of traffic control, excavation, backfill, compaction, subsurface structure, surface restoration and landscaping required;
Municipal Specifications means the Design Guidelines and Standard Drawings prepared by the Municipality in 2004 (revised in 2010).
