  • This Agreement, together with the Mutual NDA and Invention and Assignment Agreements executed of even date herewith, contain the entire agreement between the Company and the Employee concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, discussions, negotiations and undertakings, whether written or oral, between them with respect thereto, including any agreement between the Company and Employee.

  • If the Micron-NTC Mutual NDA is terminated or expires and is not replaced, then Confidential Information provided, disclosed, obtained or accessed in the performance of the Parties’ activities under this Agreement shall continue to be subject to all applicable provisions of the Micron-NTC Mutual NDA notwithstanding such termination or expiration.

  • If the other member has activated the optional NDA for their post, you will need to enter into the Mutual NDA with the Member in order to access full details of the Member’s request.

  • In the event of any breach or disclosure of Confidential Information during the three (3) year duration of this Mutual NDA, the Discloser is entitled to injunctive relief.
