Named Host definition

Named Host means the minimum number of Units set out in the Order for which the Customer will be charged the Minimum Monthly Charge; means an individual Account that may not be shared or used by anyone other than the one Employee to whom the Named User Account is assigned;

The interval period will commence at midnight GMT;“Service” “Term”means the Cisco WebEx conferencing service which is described in the Service Schedule and which is the BT Web Conferencing Service powered by Cisco WebEx; means the period set out in the Order form starting on the term anniversary of the Initial or subsequent Renewal Term;“Unit”means the definitive or determinate quantity of measurement used to determine the Monthly Charges.

Examples of Named Host in a sentence

  • This includes, but is not limited to Named Host Licenses, Active Host, Committed Ports , Committed Minutes and Committed NBR.

More Definitions of Named Host

Named Host means an identified employee or contractor of Customer to whom Customer gives the right to host Meetings. A Named Host may host an unlimited number of Meetings, but only one Meeting at a time. A Named Host license may not be shared or used by anyone other than the individual licensed to be a Named Host.

In particular, a Qualified Trust may not necessarily qualify under clauses (a) and (b) above. Therefore, care must be given to ensure that, for purposes of determining whether a Qualified Trust is an Authorized Transferee, such Qualified Trust qualifies under clauses (a) and (b) above. In addition, an “Authorized Transferee” of a General Partnership Interest also includes a “Qualified Entity” (defined in Section 1.18 below).

  • LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.

  • License holder means an individual, corporation, partnership, governmental unit, association or any other entity to whom a license was issued under Iowa Code chapter 137C, 137D or 137F.

  • Named Insured means the person or organization named in Item 1 of the Declarations.
