National Steering Committee definition

National Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

National Steering Committee means the committee established by the Recipient within the MAFFS pursuant to the provisions of the Financing Agreement between the Recipient and the Association (Rural and Private Sector Development Project) dated August 2, 2007, for Grant No. H290-SL.

National Steering Committee means the committee to be maintained by the Borrower pursuant to Schedule 2, Section 1 Part A.1 to this Agreement.

Examples of National Steering Committee in a sentence

• The National Steering Committee shall meet at least once every calendar year during Project implementation and be chaired by the MESTI minister, and shall undertake, inter alia: (a) the review and approval of the draft AWP&B; and (b) represent the Recipient at the Project’s Regional Steering Committee.

• The Recipient shall, through MESTI, maintain throughout Project implementation, the National Steering Committee, under terms of reference and with qualified and experienced members in adequate number, all satisfactory to the Association, which shall be vested with the responsibility to provide oversight of and guidance to the Project Implementation Unit during Project implementation.

• The Recipient shall, through the PIU, carry out, or cause the Subprojects to be carried out, as such Subprojects shall be: (a) identified on the basis of the Project Implementation Manual and the ESCP; and (b) selected and included in the AWP&B to be submitted for the approval of the National Steering Committee.

More Definitions of National Steering Committee

National Steering Committee means the national-level committee established and operating in accordance with paragraph 1 of Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

National Steering Committee means the project steering committee referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

National Steering Committee means the committee to be established by the Recipient’s Ministry of Equipment and Public Works for ensuring technical coordination and monitoring the achievement of the objective of the Project, pursuant to the provisions of Section I.A.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

National Steering Committee means the National Steering Committee on the valuation and transfer of assets of the defunct Local Authorities and assets of the National Government relating to devolved functions constituted under paragraph 4;

National Steering Committee means the entity responsible for overseeing the Project, chaired by a representative of the Ministry of Local Government, and composed of representatives of the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Finance, and the Department of Refugee Affairs.

National Steering Committee means the cross-sectoral committee of each Recipient, which includes representatives of the environmental and forestry agencies, Ministry of Finance of each Recipient regional authorities, scientific community, and non-governmental organizations;

National Steering Committee means the Grupo Asesor Externo de Trabajo established by CNEA.
