The Bonds shall be issued at such times, in such amounts and with such terms as the City may determine in its sole discretion, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement; provided, however, that the aggregate Bonds issued shall be sufficient to generate the Net Bond Proceeds for the purposes described herein and the maturity date of all Bonds shall not extend beyond the maturity date of the first series of Bonds issued under the Bond Resolution.
