Net Invested Amount definition

Net Invested Amount. With respect to the Series 20[ ]-[ ] Notes as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the Net Investor Invested Amount as of such date and (b) the excess, if any, of (i) the Class E Invested Amount as of such date over (ii) the Note Distribution Account Amount allocated to pay principal of the Class E Notes, if any, on such date.

Net Invested Amount. With respect to any Series, the meaning specified in the related Indenture Supplement.

More Definitions of Net Invested Amount

Net Invested Amount means, on any Business Day, the positive difference (if any) of (a) the Aggregate Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate balance on deposit in the Equalization Account and the Principal Funding Account.
