Net Invested Amount definition

Net Invested Amount. With respect to any Series, the meaning specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
Net Invested Amount means, on any Business Day, the Invested Amount, reduced by the aggregate balance on deposit in the Equalization Account and the Principal Funding Account.
Net Invested Amount means the portion of the Lessor's Invested Amount allocated by the Lessor to the Net Invested Amount, provided that the Net Invested Amount shall in no event be (i) less than 5.5% of the aggregate Funded Amounts or (ii) greater than $5,362,500.

Examples of Net Invested Amount in a sentence

  • On each Business Day which is not in an Early Amortization Period, Servicer shall also determine whether the Net Invested Amount is greater than, equal to or less than the Base Amount.

  • On each Business Day during the Revolving Period or the Amortization Period, Servicer shall also determine whether the Net Invested Amount is greater than, equal to or less than the Base Amount.

  • In addition, no Purchaser will be required or permitted to make a Purchase if, after giving effect thereto (and any corresponding reduction to the Series Invested Amount pursuant to Section 3.1), the Net Invested Amount would exceed the Base Amount.

  • In such event, the Agent will adjust the amount to be funded by each Funding Party on each Funding Date to take into account such non pro-rata funding of the Net Invested Amount, provided that the Lessor (with respect to the Allocated Amount) and each Lender will fund their Pro Rata Share of such amount.


More Definitions of Net Invested Amount

Net Invested Amount means, on any Business Day, the positive difference (if any) of (a) the Aggregate Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate balance on deposit in the Equalization Account and the Principal Funding Account.
