Net Investment Income definition

Net Investment Income means income (including interest, dividends and realized capital gains) distributed in respect of the investment of cash Collateral, net of applicable fees, charges and expenses.
Net Investment Income means, with respect to any Person for any fiscal period, such Person’s interest and fee income, less operating expenses, in each case as determined for such period and in each case not otherwise defined herein as determined in accordance with GAAP.
Net Investment Income means, with respect to any period, net investment income determined in accordance with GAAP.

Net Investment Income means, for any Person for any period of time, the aggregate amount of net income derived from any direct or indirect loan, advance or investment by such Person in any other Person, whether by means of share purchase, capital contribution, loan or otherwise, after taxes, for such period, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
