Network Standards definition

Network Standards means the Minimum Service Standards under the Utilities (Consumer Protection Code) Determination 2012, or any determination replacing that determination or if that determination is repealed and not replaced, ActewAGL Distribution's Minimum Standards for Network Operation adopted by ActewAGL in compliance with its licence requirements in the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales, in force from time to time; MJ means one megajoule and is equal to one million Joules; National Energy Retail Law or NERL means the National Energy Retail Law adopted under the National Energy Retail Law (Adoption) Act 2012 (NSW) or the National Energy Retail Law adopted under the National Energy Retail Law (Adoption) Act 2012 (ACT) as applicable; National Energy Retail Rules or NERR means the National Energy Retail Rules adopted under the National Energy Retail Law (Adoption) Act 2012 (NSW) or the National Energy Retail Rules adopted under the National Energy Retail Law (Adoption) Act 2012 (ACT) as applicable;
Network Standards shall have the meaning set forth in Section III.C of the Services Agreement.
Network Standards or "Technical Specifications" - means those specifications for digital telecommunications and analog video transmission services, as applicable respectively, to the Willxxxx Xxxwork and as set forth in Schedule B.

More Definitions of Network Standards

Network Standards mean and refer to all protocols, methods, codes, and standards applicable to the operation of wired or wireless networks, as applicable to the WCAS and/or Communications Services, including any that may in the future be adopted or amended. Network Standards shall include, but not be limited to, IEEE 802.1, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.11 (including sub-sections such as 802.11 a, b, g, n, etc.), IETF STD 005 and ANS1/TIA/EIA 568/569.
Network Standards means the “ANSI”, “CCITT”, “ISO” and generally accepted airline interconnection standards applicable to the Services and the specific standards identified on Attachment SD.

Related to Network Standards

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Network Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Networks and related authorities, including without limitation, those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association (including, with respect to EBT, the Quest Operating Rules and with respect to PIN debit cards, the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the applicable debit network).

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Network Connection Standards means the Distributor’s written technical and safety standards for connection of an Electrical Installation to the Network that are issued by the Distributor and updated from time to time, and include:

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • NERC Reliability Standards means the most recent version of those reliability standards applicable to the Generating Facility, or to the Generator Owner or the Generator Operator with respect to the Generating Facility, that are adopted by the NERC and approved by the applicable regulatory authorities, which are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/files/Reliability_Standards_Complete_Set.pdf, or any successor thereto.

  • Air Standards Manager means the Manager, Human Toxicology and Air Standards Section, Standards Development Branch, or any other person who represents and carries out the duties of the Manager, Human Toxicology and Air Standards Section, Standards Development Branch, as those duties relate to the conditions of this Certificate.

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Community-Wide Standard means the standard of conduct, maintenance or other activity generally prevailing in the Community. Such standard may be more specifically determined by the Board of Directors of the Association. Such determination, however, must be consistent with the Community-Wide Standard originally established by the Declarant.

  • Managed Care Program means the process that determines Medical Necessity and directs care to the most appropriate setting to provide quality care in a cost-effective manner, including Prior Authorization of certain services.

  • Standards means the British or international standards, Authority's internal policies and procedures, Government codes of practice and guidance referred to in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards) together with any other specified policies or procedures identified in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards);
