New Fund Shares means those shares of beneficial interest in a New Fund, issued to a Current Fund in consideration of the New Fund's receipt of the Current Fund's Assets.

  • Such distribution shall be accomplished through opening accounts, by the transfer agent for the Trust (the "Transfer Agent"), on each New Fund's share transfer books in the Shareholders' names and transferring New Fund Shares to such accounts.

  • The Trust shall not issue certificates representing the New Fund Shares in connection with the Reorganization.

  • A Shares means shares issued by companies incorporated in the PRC and listed on the SSE or the SZSE, traded in RMB and available for investment by domestic investors through Stock Connect.

  • Parent Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of Parent.

  • Aggregate Stock Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b)(iii).

  • Series B Shares means the shares of Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, of the Company.

  • Plan Shares means the total number of Common Shares which may be reserved for issuance as Optioned Shares under the Plan as provided in §2.2;
