New permanent jobs definition

New permanent jobs means the number of new jobs that exist at an eligible property within two years of the date on which the tax credit certificate is issued. New permanent jobs are calculated as those over and above the employment base.
New permanent jobs means jobs made available to persons not having been previously employed by COMPANY at a facility located in Seminole County, such jobs being maintained for a minimum of two (2) years and having a minimum annual base wage of , excluding all paid employee/employer fringe benefits, which represents % of Seminole County’s Average Annual Wage.
