New Secured Notes Documents means the New Secured Notes Indenture, the New Secured Notes Guarantees, the New Secured Notes, the Intercreditor Arrangements, any supplemental indenture, any security document relating to the New Secured Notes and/or the New Secured Notes Indenture and any other document that may be entered into pursuant to any of the foregoing.
