Noise Report definition

Noise Report means a noise report prepared in accordance with regulation 7.8;

Noise Report means the report included in the Application entitled "Noise Study Report for 2176047 Solar Energy Project", dated November 17, 2011 and prepared by Hatch Limited;

Noise Report means the Acoustic Assessment Report entitled "Acoustic Assessment Bierworth Readi-Mix Site, Bancroft, Ontario", dated November 2006, #06-1113-141, and signed by Danny Da Silva of Golder Associates Limited;

• At first engineering submission, the owner is to submit a Noise Report prepared by an Acoustical Consultant.

If the noise transmitted is greater than 40, the report should also include recommendations to remedy the level of noise transmitted, which may include removal of the Non-Carpet Floor Coverings;
