Nominated Fund definition

Nominated Fund means the Funds from which you have chosen to transfer Units under the phased investment option;
Nominated Fund means an approved deposit fund which is a Compliant Fund.

  • The net balance of the redemption proceeds after making the deductions mentioned in clause 8.8 shall be applied by the Trustee in creating and issuing to the Member new Units or interests in the Nominated Fund.

More Definitions of Nominated Fund

Nominated Fund means the superannuation fund agreed upon by the employer and the majority of employees of that employer in each mining establishment, provided that in the absence of agreement the question may be referred to the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales for resolution; and further provided that the fund complies in all respects with the Occupational Superannuation Standards Regulations then in force and the requirements of relevant legislative provisions concerning the tax exempt status of superannuation funds in force from time to time. An employer shall not be required to make contributions pursuant to this clause to more than one fund for each mining establishment.
Nominated Fund means an investment fund or combination of investment funds (or other types of investment vehicle) made available by the Trustee from time to time for the investment of that part of the Fund notionally allocated to Members' Personal Retirement Accounts.   • Related Fund means, with respect to any Lender that is an investment fund, any other investment fund that invests in commercial loans and that is managed or advised by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor.

  • Proposing Person means (1) the Record Stockholder providing the notice of business proposed to be brought before an annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting, (2) the beneficial owner or beneficial owners, if different, on whose behalf the notice of business proposed to be brought before the annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting is made, and (3) any Associated Person on whose behalf the notice of business proposed to be brought before the annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting is made;

  • Benefit Plan Investor means an “employee benefit plan” as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA that is subject to Title I of ERISA, a “plan” as defined in and subject to Section 4975 of the Code or an entity whose underlying assets include plan assets of any of the foregoing.
