The terms of any Transfer of the Affordable Housing Units to an RPSH shall (unless the RPSH is the Council) impose a requirement on the RPSH to enter into the Nominations Agreement in respect of the said Affordable Housing Units that are the subject of the Transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council.
