Noncompetition Area definition

Noncompetition Area means the following geographic areas to the extent the Grantee’s duties and responsibilities for the Company take or took place anywhere in or are or were directed at any part of: (i) any foreign country in which the Company has provided, sold, or installed its services, products, or systems or has definitive plans to provide, sell, or install its services, products, or systems during the Grantee’s employment by the Company; and (ii) any state or territory of the United States of America.
Noncompetition Area means the following geographic area:
Noncompetition Area shall consist of the entire world.

Examples of Noncompetition Area in a sentence

  • During the Compensation Period, the Executive covenants and agrees that he shall not render services for any organization or engage directly or indirectly in any business that, in the opinion of the Company, competes with or is in conflict with the interests of the Company in the Noncompetition Area.

  • Employee covenants that during the Noncompetition Period (as defined in Section 5(g)) and within the Noncompetition Area (as defined in Section 5(h)), he shall not, directly or indirectly, as principal, agent, officer, director, shareholder, member, employee, consultant or trustee, or through the agency of any person, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, association or other entity (collectively, “Entity”), engage in the Business (as defined in Section 5(i)).

  • The "Noncompetition Area" shall mean the counties within the states in which the Company is operating or owns oil and gas leases on the date of Executive's termination of employment.

Noncompetition Area means the following geographic areas: (i) any foreign country which NMG or its Affiliates engage in business of any kind, including selling, purchasing, or ordering goods, at any time during Executive’s employment with NMG or its Affiliate; and (ii) the United States of America.
