Note Transaction Documents definition

Note Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents, the Further PPN Transaction Documents, the Substitute PPN Transaction Documents and the Replacement PPN Transaction Documents.
Note Transaction Documents means this Note and the Security Documents.
Note Transaction Documents means the Collateral Agreement, the Supplement to the Collateral Agreement, the Mortgage and the Subordination Agreement, each as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • The Note Issuer may, subject to the provisions of the Note Transaction Documents, vary or terminate the appointment of any of the Paying Agents or of any other Note Agent and appoint additional or other Note Agents.

  • The Company and the Holder agree that, upon issuance of the Series A Preferred Stock, the Note Transaction Documents shall be cancelled in full and of no further force or effect and will destroy all certificates and/or documents with the Company’s original signature evidencing the Note Transaction Documents.

  • The remedies provided in this Note shall be cumulative and in addition to all other remedies available under this Note and any of the other Note Transaction Documents at law or in equity (including a decree of specific performance and/or other injunctive relief), and nothing herein shall limit the Holder's right to pursue actual and consequential damages for any failure by the Company to comply with the terms of this Note.

  • In addition to the foregoing remedies, upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, the Holder may exercise any other right, power or remedy granted to it by the Note Transaction Documents or otherwise permitted to it by law, either by suit in equity or by action at law, or both.

  • Permitted Acquisition Documents means with respect to any acquisition proposed by the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor, final copies or substantially final drafts if not executed at the required time of delivery of the purchase agreement, sale agreement, merger agreement or other agreement evidencing such acquisition, including, without limitation, all legal opinions and each other document executed, delivered, contemplated by or prepared in connection therewith and any amendment, modification or supplement to any of the foregoing.

  • Securitization Documents means all documentation relating to any Permitted Securitization.

  • Permitted Securitization Documents means all documents and agreements evidencing, relating to or otherwise governing a Permitted Securitization Financing.
