  • The Disbursement Agent shall have received and shall have been notified that the Funding Agents have received a preliminary Notice of Advance Request in accordance with Section 2.4.1(c) and a final Notice of Advance Request in accordance with Section 2.4.2(b) with respect to the requested Advance.

  • If the Borrower desires that the Issuing Lender issue such a Letter of Credit, the Borrower may request that the Issuing Lender issue a Letter of Credit by delivering to the Issuing Lender and the Disbursement Agent, in each case in accordance with and pursuant to the terms of Section 2.3 of the Disbursement Agreement, a Notice of Advance Request in the form, at the times and as required under the Disbursement Agreement.

  • When Borrower desires Lenders to make the Additional Loan, Borrower shall deliver a Notice of Advance Request to Agent at least fifteen (15) Business Days in advance of the desired Funding Date of the Additional Loan, which notice shall be irrevocable.

  • Such notice shall be in the form of the Notice of Advance Request attached hereto as Exhibit C and shall be required to be delivered by Administrative Borrower to Agent on or prior to 11:00 a.m. (New York time) (i) on the Business Day of the date of such requested borrowing with respect to Base Rate Loans and (ii) three (3) Business Days prior to the date of such requested borrowing with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans.
