Notice of Closing definition

Notice of Closing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

Notice of Closing means the written notice sent by Reliance to the Sellers' Agents wherein Reliance acknowledges receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals and expiration of any applicable waiting periods.
