Notice of Nonrenewal definition

Notice of Nonrenewal means a notice informing a Permit Holder that the SFMTA has determined that the permit will not be renewed in accordance with Section 1105(a)(5)(B) of this Article.
Notice of Nonrenewal means a written form of communication indicating a party’s desire to terminate this Agreement effective on a date certain (no earlier than the date immediately following the last day of the Term) and delivered either: (i) in person; (ii) by a nationally recognized next day courier service; or (iii) by first class, registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, in any case to the address of the Party specified in this Agreement or such other address as either Party may specific in writing. A Notice of Nonrenewal shall be Agreement or such other address as either Party may specific in writing. A Notice of Nonrenewal shall be effective only: (i) upon receipt by the receiving Party; and (ii) if the Party giving the notice has complied with the requirements in this Section.

  • Such Notice of Nonrenewal shall be effective if served by Owner upon City at least ninety (90) days prior to the Renewal Date, or if served by City upon Owner, such Notice of Nonrenewal shall be effective if served upon Owner at least sixty (60) days prior to the Renewal Date.

  • If either Owner or City desires in any year not to renew this Agreement for an additional one year term, Owner or City shall serve a written Notice of Nonrenewal upon the other party in advance of the Renewal Date.

  • The City Council may, at any time prior to the Renewal Date of this Agreement, but without obligation to do so, withdraw its Notice of Nonrenewal.
