Notice of Nonrenewal definition

Notice of Nonrenewal means a notice informing a Permit Holder that the SFMTA has determined that the permit will not be renewed in accordance with Section 1105(a)(5)(B) of this Article.

Notice of Nonrenewal means a written form of communication indicating a party’s desire to terminate this Agreement effective on a date certain (no earlier than the date immediately following the last day of the Term) and delivered either: (i) in person; (ii) by a nationally recognized next day courier service; or (iii) by first class, registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, in any case to the address of the Party specified in this Agreement or such other address as either Party may specific in writing. A Notice of Nonrenewal shall be Agreement or such other address as either Party may specific in writing. Examples of Notice of Nonrenewal in a sentence

  • The Notice of Nonrenewal shall be effective only if served by Owner upon City at least ninety (90) days prior to the Renewal Date, or if served by City upon Owner, the Notice of Nonrenewal shall be effective only if served upon Owner at least sixty (60) days prior to the Renewal Date.

  • In the event of the Employee’s termination of employment hereunder by reason of (i) a termination by the Employer without Cause, (ii) resignation by the Employee with Good Reason or (iii) delivery by the Employer of a Notice of Nonrenewal, the Employer shall pay or provide to the Employee the payments and benefits set forth in Section 6(a) and payment of any Prior Year Bonus.
