Nonrenewal means the termination of a term contract at the end of the contract period.
Renewal Notice As defined in Section 1.4(a).
Notice means notice in writing;
Notice of Termination means a written notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's employment under the provision so indicated.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Notice of Sale means the Notice of Sale of the Trust relating to the sale of the Series 2014A Bonds to be dated on or about April 28, 2014, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Notice of Violation means a written notice prepared by an enforcement official that informs a responsible person of code violations and orders them to take certain steps to correct the violations.
Form of Notice of Conversion means the “Form of Notice of Conversion” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Non-Renewal shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2(b) hereof.
Written Notification means an electronic document (including faxes, emails, internal mail on the client terminal etc.) or an announcement on the Company's website.
Written Notice means a notice or communication in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly served if delivered in persons to the individual or to a member of the contractors firm or to an office of the company for whom it is intended, or if delivered at or sent by registered mail to the last business address known to him who gives the notice.
Notice in Writing or written notice shall mean a notice in writing, type or printed characters sent (unless delivered personally or otherwise provided to have been received) by registered post to the last known private or business address or registered office of the addressee and shall be deemed to have been received when in the ordinary course of post it would have been delivered.
