Notifiable Incident definition

Notifiable Incident means an incident specified in—
Notifiable Incident has the meaning given in sections 35 to 37 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth). ‘OHS Law’ means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1991 (Cth) and the Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Standards) Regulations 1994 (Cth).
Notifiable Incident has the meaning given in the WHS Act.

  • The Provider must cooperate with any investigation undertaken by the Department concerning any Notifiable Incident, or breach or alleged breach of the WHS Laws, arising out of or in respect of the Services.

  • The onus is on the applicant to satisfy the Board that there is a need that is both urgent and temporary.

More Definitions of Notifiable Incident

Notifiable Incident means an incident, event, or other thing of which the Director must be given a notification under regulation 35;
