NSW IRC definition

NSW IRC means the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission. Nurses Board means the Nurses and Midwives Board. Ordinary pay of an employee includes base pay and any applicable over-agreement payments for ordinary hours of work, Climatic and Isolation allowance. It does not include shift and weekend penalties or any other allowance not otherwise specified. Regular casual employee (refer to sections 53 and 57 of the Act) means a casual employee:
