Other Allowance. Teachers on staff (active or on leave of absence with or without pay), as of 31 August 1988 and receiving the allowance paid by the former Osgoode Township School Board and the Collegiate Institute Board of Ottawa, shall continue to be paid such an annual allowance so long as the individuals remain in the employ of the OCDSB.

The Coverage is of floater in nature for an amount of INR 500,000 for the entire family. The Company covers employee plus 5 dependents under this insurance policy. For married employees, dependents include spouse plus 2 children and Parents Group Personal Accident Insurance: All Cypress India regular employees are covered under Group Personal Accident Insurance, with coverage for the period of the employee’s disability due to accident. The coverage is up to a maximum of 40 months of basic salary. Group Personal Accident Insurance coverage extended by Cypress is only for employees and not for families. The cost of premium for Group Personal Accident Insurance for each employee is borne by Cypress India Life Insurance: All regular employees are covered under Group Life Insurance policy with Life Insurance Corporation of India. The amount of coverage is a maximum of one year’s gross salary of the employee. The company covers only the employees and not the families for Life Insurance. Provident Fund: All regular employees are covered under the Employees Provident Fund Act. The Provident Fund benefit is applicable from the date of joining and is subject to applicable law. The contribution to Provident Fund is 12% of Basic salary, each from the employee and Cypress India. The employee’s contribution to Provident Fund is deducted from the monthly gross salary.   • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.
