Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.
Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.
Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;
HMIS means the Homeless Management Information System, which is a client-level data collection and management system implemented at the community level that allows for better coordination among agencies providing services to clients.
CRM means Customer Relationship Management.
Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").
Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.
DSL refers to a set of service-enhancing copper technologies that are designed to provide digital communications services over copper Loops either in addition to or instead of normal analog voice service, sometimes referred to herein as xDSL, including, but not limited to, the following:
CSO means a combined sewer overflow which is a discharge to the environment at designated location(s) from a Combined Sewer or Partially Separated Sewer that usually occurs as a result of precipitation when the capacity of the Sewer is exceeded. An intervening time of twelve hours or greater separating a CSO from the last prior CSO at the same location is considered to separate one overflow Event from another.
Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.
Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.
Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI bank Netbanking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card/Prepaid card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
VoIP means Voice over Internet Protocol.
MSO means a cable operator who has been granted registration under rule 11 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and who receives a programming service from a broadcaster and re-transmits the same or transmits his own programming service for simultaneous reception either by multiple subscribers directly or through one or more local cable operators;
NOC means National Olympic Committee.
SCS means the Soil Conservation Service.
system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
Supplier Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreements;
Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB. For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.
Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;
Mobile Phone means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled mobile hardware device of a user, supporting the Content Protection Responsibilities and Obligations, generally receiving transmission of a program over a transmission system designed for mobile devices such as GSM, UMTS, LTE and IEEE 802.11 (“wifi”) and designed primarily for the making and receiving of voice telephony calls. Mobile Phone shall not include a Personal Computer or Tablet.
JetBrains Website means any website that is the property of JetBrains s.r.o. (“JetBrains”, “we”), including but not limited to everything hosted under the domains listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/websites/.
Switchover means transfer of units of one scheme of UTI MF to another scheme of UTI MF wherever permissible.
