O and M meanss the maintenance of the buildings ( attending towards cracks, leakages , discolouration of paint ) and the infrastructure created by the contractor of the water supply, electricals pumps, OWC, solar system, rainwater harvesting, layout street lights including any common infrastructure and services within the building and layout. Operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant for one year after occupation certificate of the project shall be contractors responsibility. Balance four years AMC or maintainance contractor is responsible to operate and maintain sewage treatment plant.

O and M means Operation and Maintenance. This is the activity required to assure the dependable and economical function of treatment works.

Related to O and M

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
