O & M means the operation and maintenance of the Project and includes all matters connected with or incidental to such operation and maintenance and provision of services and facilities, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

  • After receipt of Purchase Order, vendor should submit required documents like drawings, bill of materials, datasheets, catalogues, quality plan, test procedure, type test report , O & M Manuals and/or any other relevant documents as per Specification/Purchase Order, as and when required by BHEL/Customer.At any stage within the contract period, the vendor shall notify of any error, fault or other defect found in BHEL’s documents /specifications or any other items for reference.
