O & M definition

O & M means the operation and maintenance of the Project and includes all matters connected with or incidental to such operation and maintenance and provision of services and facilities, and collection of User Charges in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

Examples of O & M in a sentence

  • The Work shall not be considered substantially complete prior to the receipt of approved O & M manuals and record drawings as required by paragraph 4.11 and as required elsewhere in the Contract Documents.

  • The Parties further acknowledge and agree that any O & M Expenses in excess of the O & M Payments shall be borne solely by the Concessionaire, save and except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
