Occupancy Schedule definition

Occupancy Schedule means a table created to represent the average statewide occupancy by month of operation for use in calculating the per diem rate in lieu of a minimum occupancy requirement or actual occupancy for facilities with less than 12 months of experience. The occupancy schedule is shown in Table 1.

More Definitions of Occupancy Schedule

Occupancy Schedule as used herein, means the written schedule specifying the days and hours the Common-Use Area will be available for use by Subtenant and when the Common Use Area will be used by Master Tenant, and shall be set forth in Schedule 1, as amended from time to time upon the written agreement of the Parties.

Related to Occupancy Schedule

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.

  • Landlord Work means the work, if any, that Landlord is obligated to perform in the Premises pursuant to a separate agreement (the “Work Letter”), if any, attached to this Lease as Exhibit C.

  • Occupancy Date means the date on which occupancy of all Units in a Project is permitted;

  • Rent Schedule means a written schedule for the Mortgaged Property showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable for the current month, the date through which rent has been paid, and any related information requested by Lender.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;
