Offering Expiration Date definition

Offering Expiration Date means the date on which the Offerings expire.
Offering Expiration Date means the date two years from the Closing Date, ------------------------ as such date may be extended for up to 60 days upon the written advice of a nationally recognized investment banking firm then engaged to underwrite the sale of shares in the IPO.
