• While the Energy Services are calculated and billed on the basis of kWh of Energy as set forth in Section 5.2, Host acknowledges and agrees that such Energy Services represent a package of services including the production and supply of Energy output from the System, the O&M Work and monitoring associated with solar energy production that Seller may provide to Host.
