O&M. 16. The Borrower and BR shall ensure that the project facilities and that proper technical supervision and adequate routine funds for this purpose are provided. The funds for the O&M shall be allocated annually and released on a timely basis. Furthermore, the Borrower and BR shall ensure that all equipment and spare parts financed under the project shall be used for the maintenance and operation of the project.
O&M. 1.1 Fixed O&M $ 1,100
O&M. In exceptional the Board of Governors may its discretion grant retraining leave to up to three (3) members per academic year at one hundred percent (100%) of the member's N Salary. During retraining leave, a retrainee shall be to continue to be in the employ of the University and continue while on retraining leave to be entitled to all benefits provided to other members. Time spent on retraining leave shall be included and credited as periods of University service in all matters including questions pertaining to promotion, retirement and seniority. Premiums for Ontario Health Insurance Plan coverage, Green Shield Supplemental Hospitalization and Extended Health Benefit Plans, Long Term Disability Insurance Plan coverage, the University Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plans and all other University fringe benefit Plans shall continue during retraining without interruption and on the same basis as during normal employment. Payments into the University Retirement Plan shall be calculated on the basis of the retrainee's Nominal Salary or retraining salary allowance at the option of the retrainee. It is clearly understood that any rights to levels of participation or participation in the Plans outlined in this Article are conditional upon the Plans so permitting.
O&M. Operation and Maintenance. O&M, which includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of annual maintenance expenses and administrative costs:
O&M. The O&M budget execution, which shall at least include the O&M and Non-Capital RRADs’ initial budget submission, the revised budget allocation levels, the actual budget execution, and Materials including RRADs that were not otherwise included in the TYP or identified as Capital RRADS, together with the prior three years’ O&M and Non- Capital RRADs budgets and actual expenditures. The review and comment process for the O&M Work Plan shall be done according to the schedule included herewith at Attachment .
