OMS Manual definition

OMS Manual means the detailed operations, and maintenance service manual for the Turbines supplied to Purchaser by Supplier, together with any future updates and supplements thereto provided by Supplier.
OMS Manual means the Operation, Maintenance & Surveillance Manual referred to in paragraph 3(a) of Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement;
OMS Manual has the meaning given in Section 6.3(a) [Leave to Commence Operation] of Schedule 5 [Design and Construction Protocols];
