Online Bill Pay definition

Online Bill Pay refers to the services we provide through our online bill payment service.
Online Bill Pay is service which allows you to authorize and remit payments to others; “Mobile Banking” is the internet-based service providing access to your account(s) via a mobile device; “Mobile Deposit” is the internet-based service that allows you to deposit checks into your account(s) via your mobile device; “Alerts” is the system which provides notification to you via text messages, email, or via your Online Banking account when established account criteria are met; “e-Statements” is electronic notification and ability to view statements electronically; and “Secure Electronic Mail” is a service which allows you to send messages to the Bank.
Online Bill Pay. We also offer an electronic method that allows you to schedule bill payments through the Internet. This Online Bill Pay service is offered through Fidelity National Information Systems (the "Bill Pay Provider"). You must be 18 yrs. of age, have a checking account and be enrolled in Online Banking to enroll in the Online Bill Pay service. You must separately enroll to use the Online Bill Pay service. Your use of the Online Bill Pay service is subject to a separate agreement that will be provided to you when you enroll for this functionality (the "Online Bill Pay Terms and Conditions"). If enrolled, you understand and agree that the Online Bill Pay Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and are considered part of this Agreement.

  • Online bill pay service is subject to Frontier’s Online Bill Pay Terms & Conditions.

  • Bank recommends that you cancel any scheduled payments prior to notifying us that you are discontinuing the Online Bill Pay Service.

  • You may use the optional Online Bill Pay Service if you have a checking account.

  • Bank will cancel any scheduled payments within three (3) Business Days from the date the Bank receives your request to discontinue the Online Bill Pay Service.

  • Bill payments you schedule with the Online Bill Pay Service will be debited to your deposit account in accordance with the instructions to the Online Bill Pay Service.

Online Bill Pay means a third party bill payment service or electronic bill presentment service that you select in addition to Online Banking. Once enrolled in ePay, you may also use Popmoney, a service that allows you to pay individual people directly. These services are available for Consumer Accounts only and governed by a separate Agreement which you must accept prior to using Online Bill Pay.
