Operating Directives definition

Operating Directives. (“OD”) shall mean the specific written documents detailing the approved methods of operations as directed and signed by the Manager.
Operating Directives means the day to day operating parameters to be used by the Parties in operationalizing the Operating Guidelines and the Principles of this Agreement.
Operating Directives means the lawful, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory Operating Directives, effective June 1, 2001, or any successor documents, as may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time, not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or materially adversely affecting AIRLINE’s rights or obligations hereunder, and issued by the Director as authorized by the Title 20 Ordinance, for the orderly use of the Airport System by both Air Transportation Companies and other users of the Airport System, including, but not limited to, the Airport Environmental Directive, Airport Environmental Handbook, and Airport Tenant Improvement Manual.   • AIRLINE shall comply with lawful, reasonable and nondiscriminatory AVIATION Rules and Regulations and Operating Directives pertaining to energy conservation and management to the extent that such Rules and Regulations and Operating Directives do not infringe on the rights and privileges granted herein.

  • Company must adhere to the Airport Rules and Regulations Manual, Operating Directives, Airport Security Plan, Airport Emergency Plan, Airport Certification Manual, Airport Tenant Improvement Manual and the Environmental Directives as they are amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Operating Directives

Operating Directives as used herein shall mean that certain document issued by the Department of Aviation, Xxxxx County, Nevada entitled McCarran International Airport Operating Directives as a complete revision on June 1, 2001, and as amended and revised from time to time. Tenant hereby acknowledges that it has received a copy of the Operating Directives prior to the execution of this Lease. The Master Lease, Design Guidelines, Sign Criteria and Operating Directives, each of which may be amended from time to time, are collectively referred to as the "Restriction Documents". In the event of any conflict between the Restriction Documents and this Lease, as between Landlord and Tenant, the Restriction Documents shall control. This Lease and all of Xxxxxx's rights hereunder are and shall be subject and subordinate to the Restriction Documents and any amendments or modifications thereof. If any of the documents comprising the Restriction Documents are not of record as of the date hereof, then this Lease shall automatically become subordinate to said documents upon their recordation. Within ten (10) days after the receipt of a request from Landlord or any Mortgagee, Tenant shall confirm such subordination by executing a recordable subordination agreement in a commercially reasonable form and content satisfactory to Landlord.

Operating Directives means those standards which the Airport Administration and St. Clair County have adopted to govern specific types of operational activities.

  • Directives means intergovernmental, interagency, or interdepartment administrative or procedural guidelines or instructions which do not affect the rights of, or procedures and practices available to, the public.

  • Guidelines means the Instructions to Authors available on the Xxxxxxx Science website, as well as the Aims & Scope applicable to the relevant Xxxxxxx Science publication). Xxxxxxx Science’s nominated service provider, Xxxxxxx Science, offers English language support services which Assignor may elect to utilise in respect of the Work by completing the applicable box in Schedule 1: Details of the Work. The provision of such services by Xxxxxxx Science shall be subject to Xxxxxxx 2 [v.122016] Science’s prevailing terms and rates relating to such type of optional support.

  • Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means an instrument satisfactory to the Association, prepared and adopted by the Recipient and dated February 5, 2010 outlining the process for management of the environmental and social aspects of the Project as the same may be amended from time to time with the Association’s prior written concurrence.

  • Operating Rules means the operating rules of a CS Facility regulating the settlement, clearing and registration of uncertificated shares as amended, varied or waived (whether in respect of the Company or generally) from time to time which shall only apply to the Company during the Listed Period;

  • Technical Direction means developing work statements, determining parameters, directing other Contractors' operations, or resolving technical controversies.

  • Change Management means the add-on module to the Programs that enables engineers to define network changes through one or more configuration templates. Those network changes can be applied to multiple devices and executed/rolled back automatically. The Change Management module enables engineers to verify the impact of the changes across the network to help ensure a safer change process.

  • Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.

  • Usage directions means the text or graphics on the product's principal display panel, label, or accompanying literature which describes to the end user how and in what quantity the product is to be used.

  • Operations Manager means each of the Company and Provider payroll, benefits and information technology representatives on the Operations Management Team as identified in Section 6.0 below.

  • CRD Directive means Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on access to the activity of credit institutions and the prudential supervision of credit institutions and investment firms, amending Directive 2002/87/EC and repealing Directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC (as amended from time to time, including by Directive (EU) 2019/878 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019);

The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Directions means the directions contemplated in section 27(2) of the Act, issued by a Cabinet member relating to his or her line functions, after consultation with the Cabinet members responsible for cooperative governance and traditional affairs and justice and correctional services;
