Operating Licences definition

Operating Licences means, (i) in the case of the European Union and its Member States operating licences and any other relevant documents or certificates given under the relevant EU legislation in force and, (ii) in the case of licences of the Republic of Moldova, certificates or permits given under the relevant legislation in force in the Republic of Moldova;
