The Board shall conduct or authorize to be conducted all business and activities of the Authority, consistent with this Agreement, the Authority Documents, the Operating Rules and Regulations, and applicable law.
All subsequent budgets of the Authority shall be prepared and approved by the Board in accordance with the Operating Rules and Regulations.
The Board may delegate to the executive committee such authority as the Board might otherwise exercise, subject to limitations placed on the Board’s authority to delegate certain essential functions, as described in the Operating Rules and Regulations.
