Operation and Maintenance Period definition

Operation and Maintenance Period means the length of time an urban best management practice included on a cost−share agreement or a runoff management grant agreement shall be oper- ated and maintained.
Operation and Maintenance Period means the period of time during which grant-assisted structures, human access or educational facilities, revegetation sites, and any other grant-assisted improvements will be operated and maintained.
