Operational and Other Services definition

Operational and Other Services means any services provided by any member of the Brookfield Group to the Operating Entities, including financial advisory, operations and maintenance, energy marketing, agency, development, operating management and other services;

Operational and Other Services means any services provided by any member of the Manager Group to any member of the NEP Group under any Operating and Administrative Agreement or any other contract (other than this Agreement and the Cash Sweep and Credit Support Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between NEE Operating LP and XXXX);

Operational and Other Services means any services provided by any member of the Manager Group to any member of the Terra Group, including financial advisory, operations and maintenance, marketing, agency, development, operating management and other services, including services provided under any Operating and Administrative Agreement.

Examples of Operational and Other Services in a sentence

• The Management Fee will not be reduced by the amount of (a) any fees for Operational and Other Services that are paid or payable by any member of the NEP Group to any member of the Manager Group, (b) any Expenses, (c) any Transaction Fees or (d) any costs, fees or expenses paid by or on behalf of NEE Operating LP under the CSCS Agreement.

• For greater certainty, this Agreement does not provide for Operational and Other Services to be provided to the Service Recipients, and nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Service Recipients from retaining any member of the Brookfield Group to provide Operational and Other Services pursuant to a separate agreement.

• The Credit Support Fee will not be reduced by the amount of (a) any fees for Operational and Other Services that are paid or payable by any member of the NEP Group to any member of the Manager Group; (b) any Expenses or any Support Expenses; (c) any Transaction Fees; or (d) any Reimbursement Amount or return of Reserved Cash.

• The Credit Support Fee will not be reduced by the amount of (a) any fees for Operational and Other Services that are paid or payable by any member of the NEP Group to any member of the Manager Group; (b) any Expenses or any Support Expenses; (c) any Transaction Fees; or (d) any Reimbursement Amount.

• The Management Fee will not be reduced by the amount of (a) any fees for Operational and Other Services that are paid or payable by any member of the NEP Group to any member of the Manager Group; (b) any Expenses; (c) any Transaction Fees; or (d) any costs, fees or expenses paid by or on behalf of NEE Operating LP under the CSCS Agreement.

More Definitions of Operational and Other Services

Operational and Other Services means any services provided by any member of the Manager Group to any member of the Yield Group, including financial advisory, operations and maintenance, marketing, agency, development, operating management and other services, including services provided under any Operating and Administrative Agreement;

Operational and Other Services means any services provided by any member of the Abengoa Group to any member of the Yield Group, including financial advisory, operations and maintenance, marketing, agency, development, operating management and other services, including services provided under any Operating and Administrative Agreement;

Operational and Other Services means any services provided by any member of the Manager Group to any member of the Global Group, including financial advisory, operations and maintenance, marketing, agency, development, operating management and other services, including services provided under any Operating and Administrative Agreement.

Operational and Other Services means any services (other than the Services) that are provided by any member of the Brookfield Group to the Operating Entities under the terms of an agreement entered into with an Operating Entity, including operations and maintenance, energy marketing, agency, development, operating management and other services;
