Section 11.2.1 the District decide to discharge or lay off any non-annual employee, the employee shall 14 be so notified in writing prior to the expiration of the school year.
Section 11.2.1. 15 At the end of the probationary period, the employee will be subject to all rights and duties 16 contained in this Agreement retroactive to the hire date; provided, however, Sections 15.1. and 17 15.2. will not apply.
Section 11.2.1. 18 Should the District decide to discharge any less than twelve (12) month employee, the 19 employee shall be notified in writing prior to the expiration of the school year.
Section 11.2.1. Salary and reimbursement for employees subject to this Agreement to attend recognized 12 vocational courses within a radius of one hundred (100) miles.
Section 11.2.1. 37 Should the District decide to discharge or lay off any non-annual employee, the employee shall 38 be so notified in writing prior to the expiration of the school year. Nothing contained herein 39 shall prevent the District from deciding during the summer to lay off non-annual employees 40 should previously unforeseeable budgetary limitations develop which would warrant such 41 action. 42
Section 11.2.1. Employees will endeavor, whenever possible, to give ten (10) days written notice of intent to resign 20 or retire.
Section 11.2.1. 31 In the event an apprentice is deemed unsuccessful by the local JATC in completing any or all 32 parts of the approved standards, such apprentice waives contractual recourse through the 33 grievance procedure.
Section 11.2.1. 5 The District and the Association acknowledge and the parties involved are advised that it is 6 desirable for an employee and the supervisor to resolve problems through free and informal 7 communications.
Section 11.2.1 the District decide not to reemploy any non-annual employee, the employee shall be so 16 notified in writing prior to the expiration of the school year.
