  • If the condition cannot be corrected to the satisfaction of Orange, Orange reserves the right to terminate the applicable Operational Support Services, in which event Customer will be liable for termination charges set forth in this Agreement.

  • Customer will cooperate with Orange to complete the Customer Inventory prior to the commencement of the Operational Support Services, and Customer will update the information on a current basis.

Related to Operational Support Services

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
