Operator Personnel definition

Operator Personnel means any Person who is performing any Facility Services at the direction (or on behalf) of Operator, including the Operations Manager, any Service Technicians, subcontractors (at any tier), Service Providers (including Major Service Providers), Representatives, or agents (irrespective if such Person is employed or engaged by Owner, Operator, an Affiliate of Operator or any other Person).
Operator Personnel is defined in Section 34.1 of the GTCs.
Operator Personnel means each of the directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents of the Operator, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns.

  • All Operator Personnel must possess all relevant qualifications, licences and accreditations as required by law.

  • The Operator will indemnify and save harmless the City and City Personnel, from all claims and costs incurred by the City or City Personnel to the extent the same arise from a breach of this Agreement by, or the negligence of, the Operator or Operator Personnel or other persons for whom at law the Operator is responsible, as applicable.

  • The Harbour Operator shall implement a Permit to Work systems to control work may adversely impact the safety of Harbour Operator Personnel, Harbour Equipment or the Environment.

  • Beginning with the second (2nd) Project Year and for each Project Year thereafter, Operator shall pay to the Operator Personnel and the GE O&M Personnel as bonuses in the aggregate not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the AFAA for each such Project Year; provided, however, Owner may pay, in Owner's sole discretion, additional bonuses to the Operator Personnel and the GE O&M Personnel during any Project Year.

  • The Harbour Operator shall:  ensure that the Harbour Facilities are safe and secure for any Harbour Operator Personnel and third party users;  take all measures reasonably practicable to prevent any acts by any person which do not comply with the Law;  maintain the security of the Harbour Facilities and Harbour Equipment; and  ensure that the OSMS has appropriate procedures in place to ensure the safety and security measures are implemented.

  • The City will indemnify and save harmless the Operator and Operator Personnel, from all claims and costs incurred by the Operator or Operator Personnel to the extent the same arise from a breach of this Agreement by, or the negligence of, the City or City Personnel or other persons for whom at law the City is responsible, as applicable.

  • The Harbour Operator shall ensure:  that there is adequate signage at the Harbour Facilities to highlight any hazards and controls to the Harbour Operator Personnel and any third party users.

  • Contractor may treat Operator's senior representative for the time being at the drill site as being in charge of all Operator Personnel.

  • The Harbour Operator shall ensure that adequate and appropriate equipment and facilities are available to enable first-aid to be rendered to Harbour Operator Personnel and third party users of the Harbour Facilities if they are injured or become ill at work, in compliance with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, as amended from time to time.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Operator shall not be excused from any indemnification obligations, claims for damages or Indemnifiable Losses suffered by Owner to the extent caused by Operator’s violation of Legal Requirements or Owner’s violation of Legal Requirements to the extent relating to, resulting from or arising out of or in connection with any act or omission by Operator, any Affiliate of Operator, or any Operator Personnel.


More Definitions of Operator Personnel

Operator Personnel means all such employees, officers, suppliers, sub- contractors and agents of the Operator as are engaged in the performance of any of the Services. Not used.
Operator Personnel means and refers to Operator employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.
Operator Personnel means the personnel from Operator’s or any of its Affiliates or Subcontractors’ organizations, agents, counsel, and advisors performing Services under this Agreement.
Operator Personnel all those persons, including employees, officers, suppliers, sub-contractors and agents engaged by the Operator in connection with the provision of e-scooter rental and including the Key Personnel;
Operator Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4 (Independent Contractor).

Related to Operator Personnel

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.
