Monthly Status Report. During Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the compliance with all the Key Performance Indicators specified in this Article 21 along with an analysis of the reasons for failures, if any, and the strategies for addressing the same and for otherwise improving the operational performance of the Bus Terminal. The monthly report shall include a quantification of the Damages calculated in accordance with Clause 21.3.
Monthly Status Report. The Contractor shall provide to the District, at the District’s request, on or before the 25th of each month, a narrative progress and status report describing work in progress and results achieved during the reporting period, including a description of the Services performed during the invoice period and the Services anticipated to be performed during the ensuing invoice period (“Monthly Report”).
Monthly Status Report. Consultant shall provide District with a written Monthly Status Report (MSR) with its monthly invoice. The MSR shall briefly, in a format approved by District, review project status, budget, schedule, work performed and contract deliverables. It shall also describe any areas where performance varies from plan, any actual or anticipated problems and Consultant’s recommendations for preventative or corrective actions. Consultant shall meet with District monthly, or more often as needed, to discuss the Monthly Status Report and to plan actions. Consultant shall prepare and submit to District, minutes of these meeting, summarizing agreed on decisions and action.
Monthly Status Report. Five business days after the end of each month, Contractor shall provide Owner with a Monthly Status Report, including the City Progress Schedules described in Section 2.3 above. The Monthly Status Report shall include at a minimum: (i) a Project Budget which (a) sets forth the City Budget as of the last update pursuant to Section 2.4(b) for each City, (b) totals all such City Budgets and (c) sets forth the amounts invoiced to date by Contractor, by City and for the entire Project; (ii) a summary of work accomplished in each City during the month for each Discipline; (iii) the latest version of the Repeater Delivery Requirements Schedule (see Section 7.6(a) below); (iv) a schedule of all weekly status meetings, design review meetings (provided Owner shall be given at least ten (10) Business Days notice of design review meetings), regularly scheduled meetings and other meetings as requested by Owner, which will be conducted during the current month; and (v) a schedule of transmitter testing and testing conducted under Exhibit E (Network Testing and Acceptance Criteria) which will commence during the current and coming month. The Monthly Status Report shall be submitted in Contractor's standard project tracking format. Each quarter the Monthly Status Report also shall include a summary of activities for the past three months (using Contractor's WINDS Master Tracking Report showing a summary of pertinent City-level information). Contractor shall provide Owner with the first Monthly Status Report after completion of the first full calendar month of Work under this Contract. The Monthly Status Report shall comply with the Form of Monthly Status Report attached hereto as Attachment 7.
Monthly Status Report. Campus Crest shall prepare (or cause the Property Manager or Developer, as the case may be, to prepare) and distribute to the Members not less often than monthly a status report on the Properties which shall contain as appropriate (i) a description of the status of construction of the Properties in a form attached hereto as Exhibit J, (ii) occupancy rates and impending lease expirations, (iii) a summary of rental rates being charged, (iv) any material deviations or expected deviations from all Development Budgets and the Annual Business Plan and Operating Budget for each Property and an explanation thereof, (vi) with respect to each Development Project, during the construction period, a report containing those items listed on Schedule 2 attached hereto, and (vii) with respect to each Development Project, after the construction period, and each Acquisition Project, a report containing those items listed on Schedule 3 attached hereto.
Monthly Status Report. Campus Crest shall prepare (or cause the Property Manager or Developer, as the case may be, to prepare) and distribute to the Members not less often than monthly a status report on the Properties which shall contain as appropriate (i) a description of the status of construction of the Properties in a form attached hereto as Exhibit J, (ii) occupancy rates and impending lease expirations, (iii) a summary of rental rates being charged, and (iv) any material deviations or expected deviations from all Development Budgets and the Annual Business Plan and Operating Budget for each Property and an explanation thereof.
Monthly Status Report. Following Owner acceptance of the GMP Proposal, Construction Manager will continue to monitor the development of the Construction Documents so that, when complete, the Construction Documents adequately incorporate and resolve all qualifications, assumptions, clarifications, exclusions, and value engineering issues identified in the GMP Proposal. During this phase, Construction Manager and A/E will jointly deliver a monthly status report to Owner describing the progress on the incorporation of all qualifications, assumptions, clarifications, exclusions, value engineering issues, and all other matters relevant to the establishment of the GMP into the Construction Documents.
Monthly Status Report. On or before the tenth (10th) Day of each month (unless some other frequency is agreed upon by the Parties), Contractor shall submit to Owners, for Owners’ review and comment, a written status report covering the prior month (a “Monthly Status Report”). The report shall be prepared in an electronic format reasonably acceptable to Owners and substantially in the form of Exhibit W, and shall include (i) a description of the progress of the Work against the Project Schedule, including critical path activities interconnected by schedule logistics, (ii) a statement of significant issues which remain unresolved and Contractor’s recommendations for resolving the same, (iii) a summary of significant Facility events which are scheduled or expected to occur during the following interval, and (iv) additional information reasonably requested by Owners. Such report also shall include any events or circumstances involving Contractor or Subcontractor Personnel reported to Contractor with respect to Work performed at the Site and/or reportable by Contractor to the NRC or another Government Authority along with a listing and discussion of any OSHA reportable injuries for that month for Work performed at the Site. The Project Schedule and Monthly Status Reports shall be available to Owners in paper form, at the Site (following Full Notice to Proceed) or such other location mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
Monthly Status Report. The Contractor shall prepare a monthly report in a form and of sufficient detail and character as approved by the Owner, which report shall include the following:
Monthly Status Report. The Contractor shall provide an unclassified monthly report in accordance with the Contract Data Requirement list (CDRL A003). The report shall summarize (at a minimum) the following elements on any awarded T/O as appropriate: • Any information the Contractor determines to be mission essential; • Problems and shortfalls, identification of potential problems, and identification of any anticipated technical or funding shortfall or irregularity during the specified PoP; • Projected travel and Government approval status; • Summary of completed trips; • Quality Control activities completed and the outcome, including remediation plans for any issues; • Independent of Government input, activities during reporting period, by task, to include on-going activities, new activities, activities completed, deliverables submitted, number of deliverables returned as acceptable/unacceptable for quality, and number of late deliverables; • Summary of Contractor personnel gains, losses, and staffing status; • Government actions requested; and • Recommendations for change, modifications, or improvements in tasks or processes. • As part of the Contractor’s Monthly Status Report, the Contractor shall specifically discuss quality control (QC) activities over the reporting period and planned activities for the next period. Information shall specifically address who conducted the QC, when the QC was conducted, how the QC was executed and what findings and corrective actions were taken. Trends over time and any QC feedback from the COR shall also be addressed.
