ORDERING PERIOD. Orders may be issued by any Contracting Officer from Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps from contract award through the end of the ordering period, specified in Section F. The period of performance for a Task Order can be up to 5 years.

ORDERING PERIOD. The ordering period for this Contract shall be a maximum of five (5) years from the effective date of the Contract.
ORDERING PERIOD. The ordering period for the MCoE Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (ID/IQ) contracts is a base period of one (1) year from date of award with four (4) one-year optional ordering periods. ORDERING PERIOD. The ordering period for SBEAS is 10 years. The ordering period is defined as the time period that task orders can be issued under this contract. The ordering period is broken out as follows: a five (5) year base period and one 5-year option period, if exercised. The SBEAS contract does not have a period of performance as performance occurs at the task order level. Each ordering agency shall specify the PoP for each task order awarded under this contract. All task orders must be solicited and awarded prior to the SBEAS ordering period expiring. The PoP under any task order issued cannot exceed five years AND cannot extend more than five years beyond the end of the ordering period.
ORDERING PERIOD. 5.1.1. If Orders issued within the Catalog Ordering Period(s) include options, the order options may be exercised after the Catalog ordering end date(s) provided that: 5.1.1.1. The initial order that includes the option was issued during the Catalog ordering period, and does not exceed 60 months past the expiration date of the NASA SEWP V Contract; and 5.1.1.2. The Ordering Office satisfies all other applicable regulations for exercise of options.

However, the period of performance may be extended in accordance with the option provisions contained herein. (b) If DFAR Clause 252.216-7006, "Ordering", is incorporated into this contract, then the period in which the Government can issue orders under the contract will be extended at the exercise of an option, and extended to the end of that option period.

ORDERING PERIOD. The duration of the BPA is from the date of award to five (5) years thereafter unless the BPA is cancelled or expires. A BPA expires when the Contractor’s GSA MAS contract, which the BPA is predicated upon, expires. Orders can be issued only against active BPAs. Orders issued will have their own period of performance. Orders issued prior to but not completed before the BPA expires shall be completed (including any order options) in accordance with the BPA Contractor’s GSA Schedule contract FAR Clause 52.216-22.
