Optional Extras definition

Optional Extras means all costs and the upgrading from the Basic Specifications to the specifications described as per Annexure I hereto, which would be supplied by the Contractor as part of the execution of the Works in terms of this Agreement;

Optional Extras means any optional extras specified in the Quotation and selected by the Client;

Optional Extras means any addition to the Specification and Schedule of Finishes agreed to in terms of clause 6.2 below, the cost of which is not included in the Contract Sum and which extras will be restricted to those items listed in Appendix 7 and are subject to change;

Examples of Optional Extras in a sentence

• We recommend that you are present for the inspection we carry out upon return of the Vehicle and any Optional Extras, so that any damage to the vehicle can be agreed.

• If you are not present for inspection, we will inspect the Vehicle and Optional Extras in your absence and, if we find any damage, we will notify you of the amount you are required to pay.

• If Optional Extras are damaged or if you do not bring them back to us at the expiry of the Rental Period, we will charge you the replacement cost in addition to the Optional Extras Fee.

• Your car will also be covered whilst being carried by a recognised carrier between or within those countries during the period shown in the Green Card. We will allow up to 90 days cover per policy year. This extension does not give you the same cover as you have in the United Kingdom:• it will not apply to Optional Extras.

• You must return the Vehicle and any Optional Extras in the same condition you received them.

More Definitions of Optional Extras

Optional Extras means the Products or Services defined in the Proposal under section “Optional Extra Products/Services” of the Agreement Summary;

Optional Extras means annexure 5 to this agreement;

Optional Extras means any addition to the Specification and Schedule of Finishes agreed to in terms of clause 6 below, the cost of which is not included in the Contract Sum;

Optional Extras refer to any activity, transportation, meal, product, or service not expressly included in the Tour itinerary or price of the Tour, and which does not form part of the Tour. Traveler agrees that any assistance given by Xxxxxxxx’s or FA’s representative(s) in arranging, selecting, or booking any Optional Extras is purely at Traveler’s request and Infinity or FA makes no warranties and expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever arising from or relating to Traveler’s participation in Optional Extras or any information provided by any representative of Infinity or FA regarding any Optional Extras. Traveler hereby releases Infinity or FA from all claims and causes of action arising from or related to any damages, loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, or injuries related to or arising from participation in or booking of Optional Extras.

Optional Extras schedule of allowed non-standard specifications, annexed hereto as Annexure B/3 subject to clause 7.18.

Database: Everyone who engages with your business through the HotFindz Apps or Marketing will be in your Database. This will include their name, email, mobile number and post code and month of birth. Male or Female etc. Reports: Feedback, Member Referrals, Promotional activity, Swipe and Win Activity, Full Communications reports How many emails sent opened etc. Same for SMS and Push Notifications. Product Sales, Deliveries, Pickup, Sent. Ability to upload into MYOB, XERO and Quick books.

Optional Extras means the extra construction work on the Land, or finishes and equipment installed in the Building that are selected by the Purchaser and which the Seller undertakes to construct and/or install in accordance with the provisions of 9, as set out in the Schedule of Theme Selection and Optional Extras attached to this Agreement marked as Appendix 2;
