Optional Facilities definition

Optional Facilities means Facilities requested by the Customer that are different from or in excess of Standard Service or are expected to cause increased operation and maintenance expenses to FortisAlberta;

Optional Facilities means Facilities requested by the Customer that are, in the opinion of EPC, beyond what is required to provide safe, reliable and economic service consistent with current EPC standard practice or are expected to cause increased operation and maintenance expenses to EPC;

Optional Facilities means Facilities requested by a Member, DG Member, Consumer or Subdivision Developer that are different from or in excess of Standard Service;

• Optional Facilities, Optional Shore Excursions, and services may be added by agreement subject to these Passenger Ticket Contract terms and conditions regarding our liability.

• County, in the sole discretion of the Director of Aviation, may make certain portions of Airport property ("Airport Optional Facilities") available for Contractor’s use and operational needs, including, but not limited to, administrative offices.

• The Parties, with the Director of Aviation acting on behalf of County, shall amend the Agreement to designate such Airport Optional Facilities made available for Contractor’s use.

• Optional Facilities, Optional Shore Excursions and services may be added by agreement subject to these Passenger Ticket Contract terms and conditions regarding our liability.

• County may perform an initial environmental assessment of any Airport Optional Facilities or Off-Airport Optional Facilities provided to Contractor (“Initial Environmental Assessment”) prior to providing such areas to Contractor.

More Definitions of Optional Facilities

Optional Facilities and “Services Fees” mean all fees and charges which you voluntarily incur for items which may include, but are not limited to vacation protection insurance coverage, and prepaid gratuities, which are considered earned as those facilities and services are provided either by the Carrier or by third party providers. The term “Optional Shore Excursion” means those excursions that are not included in the initial cruise tour package but added and paid for by you prior to or during the cruise tour.

Optional Facilities. : 1484 (a) means facilities in an assessment area that: 1485 (i) can be conveniently installed at the same time as improvements in the assessment 1486 area; and 1487 (ii) are requested by a property owner on whose property or for whose benefit the 1488 improvements are being installed; and 1489 (b) includes private driveways, irrigation ditches, and water turnouts. 1490 (35) "Overhead costs" means the actual costs incurred or the estimated costs to be 1491 incurred by a local entity in connection with an assessment area for appraisals, legal fees, filing 1492 fees, financial advisory charges, underwriting fees, placement fees, escrow, trustee, and paying 1493 agent fees, publishing and mailing costs, costs of levying an assessment, recording costs, and 1494 all other incidental costs. 1495 (36) "Prior bonds" means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by 1496 refunding assessment bonds. 1497 (37) "Prior assessment ordinance" means the ordinance levying the assessments from 1498 which the prior bonds are payable. 1499 (38) "Prior assessment resolution" means the resolution levying the assessments from 1500 which the prior bonds are payable. 1501 (39) "Project engineer" means the surveyor or engineer employed by or private 1502 consulting engineer engaged by a local entity to perform the necessary engineering services for 1503 and to supervise the construction or installation of the improvements. 1504 (40) "Property" includes real property and any interest in real property, including water 1505 rights, leasehold rights, and personal property related to the property. 1506 (41) "Property price" means the price at which a local entity purchases or acquires by 1507 eminent domain property to make improvements in an assessment area. 1508 (42) "Provide" or "providing," with reference to an improvement, includes the 1509 acquisition, construction, reconstruction, renovation, maintenance, repair, operation, and 1510 expansion of an improvement. 1511 (43) "Public agency" means: 1512 (a) the state or any agency, department, or division of the state; and 1513 (b) a political subdivision of the state.

Optional Facilities means those facilities, if any, requested by a Customer, that are in addition to those commonly provided by the Company.
