Optional Facilities definition

Optional Facilities means Facilities requested by the Customer that are different from or in excess of Standard Service or are expected to cause increased operation and maintenance expenses to FortisAlberta;
Optional Facilities means Facilities requested by a Member, DG Member, Consumer or Subdivision Developer that are different from or in excess of Standard Service;
Optional Facilities means Facilities requested by the Customer that are, in the opinion of EPC, beyond what is required to provide safe, reliable and economic service consistent with current EPC standard practice or are expected to cause increased operation and maintenance expenses to EPC;

Optional Facilities means those facilities, if any, requested by a Customer, that are in addition to those commonly provided by the Company.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

Educational facility does not include items as books, fuel, supplies, or other items the costs of which are customarily deemed to result in a current operating charge and does not include any facility used or to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place of religious worship, nor a facility which is used or to be used primarily in connection with a part of the program of a school or department of divinity for a religious denomination.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Correctional facility means a facility operated under the management and control of the Virginia Department of Corrections.

  • Institutional facility means an organization whose primary purpose is to provide a physical environment for patients to obtain health care services and shall not include those places where physicians, dentists, veterinarians, or other practitioners, who are duly licensed, engage in private practice.

  • Disposal facility means a facility or part of a facility at which hazardous waste is intentionally placed into or on any land or water, and at which waste will remain after closure. The term disposal facility does not include a corrective action management unit into which remediation wastes are placed.
