Other Development Costs definition

Other Development Costs means in respect of the Qualifying Reserved Matters Application the following costs estimated or incurred as at the Early Stage Review Date:
Other Development Costs means any Development Costs incurred by a Party (or for its account by an Affiliate) on or after the earlier of the Execution Date or January 1, 2009 that are not External Development Costs.
Other Development Costs means any other costs or expenses incurred for clinical materials, analytical services, or other items with respect to a Collaboration Profit-Share Product to the extent set forth in the applicable Co-Development Budget.

More Definitions of Other Development Costs

Other Development Costs means all internal and out-of pocket costs determined in accordance with GAAP incurred by a Party or any of its Affiliates in connection with the Development of a Product (other than Clinical Plan Development Costs) including, without limitation:
Other Development Costs with respect to a Product, shall mean all legal expenses of any kind (including, but not limited to, any costs associated with work performed by non-legal personnel and obtaining legal opinions) incurred in connection with the development of a Product through in house employees, outside counsel or consultants or third party services, that are not otherwise included in Litigation Costs or Intellectual Property Costs. Other Development Costs shall also include Intellectual Property Costs and any other expenses incurred with respect to a Product that Interpharm determines were necessary or advisable for the development of a Product.

Related to Other Development Costs

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Manufacturing Costs means the costs of Processing that generate Manufacturing Proceeds received by Grantor.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Total Project Costs means the total amount of money required to complete the Project.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Qualified Project Costs shall have the meaning given to it in the Regulatory Agreement.
