Other Mezzanine Loan Documents definition

Other Mezzanine Loan Documents means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, (a) the First Mezzanine Loan Documents, (b) the Second Mezzanine Loan Documents, (c) the Third Mezzanine Loan Documents, (d) the Fourth Mezzanine Loan Documents, (e) the Fifth Mezzanine Loan Documents and (f) the Sixth Mezzanine Loan Documents.
Other Mezzanine Loan Documents means, individually or collectively as the context may require, all of the Mezzanine Loan Documents other than the Loan Documents.
Other Mezzanine Loan Documents means the Mezzanine A Loan Documents and Mezzanine B Loan Documents.

  • If an Event of Default hereunder or under any of the Other Mezzanine Loan Documents has occurred and is continuing, to the extent Monthly Disbursements are not applied to the payment of amounts due hereunder, Collateral Agent and Servicer shall have the right to retain such excess as collateral for the Loan and/or apply (or cause to be applied) such excess to the payment of the Debt.

  • Mezzanine Loan Documents means, as to each Mezzanine Loan, all documents evidencing, securing, guaranteeing and/or perfecting such Mezzanine Loan and all documents executed and/or delivered in connection therewith.

  • Existing Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.
